We are delighted to welcome you to Yosemite Trails. Here’s everything you need to know about your stay with us.

House Rules

• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking allowed.
• No pets allowed.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
• Please turn off the AC when you go out.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please do not move the furniture.
• Check in is at 4pm.
• Check out is at 11am.
  
  

Parking 
There is only one entrance to the property. The gate will be open prior to your arrival. Once you pass the gate, there is a steep driveway. Please manoeuver carefully until you reach the house entrance.

Getting into the house
Our property features a keyless lock system. Simply enter the access code, which will be provided to you before your arrival, and turn the knob to unlock. You can enter through either the side door in the garage or the front door.

Temperature inside the house

The house will be warmed prior to your arrival. To change the temperature, use the thermostat (gray device) on your left right when you enter the house.

Lighting

There are light switches on the right wall next to the entrance. The ceiling fan lights (except dining and kitchen areas) can be controlled via remotes. The remotes are hanging on the wall in each room.

Cleaning supplies

• We provide cleaning supplies and there are in the kitchen right closet in front of the game room.
• We provide garbage bags and they are in the top right drawer of the coffee station.
  
  

Trash

• Please leave your trash in the game room. We strongly suggest to not put the trash in the outside bins as it will attract bears on the property.
  
  

Food and Supplies

• The house is secluded, we strongly recommend that you buy groceries prior to your arrival.
• Feel free to use any of the food, spices, etc. in the cupboards and refrigerator.
• Please let us know if any supplies (e.g., paper towels, laundry detergent, etc.) are running low so that we can replace them.
  
  

Drinking Water

Our property is serviced by a private well, providing water that is safe for bathing and general use. However, for drinking purposes, we advise against consuming water directly from the taps. To ensure your comfort and safety, we have installed a water filtration system in the fridge. We recommend using the filtered water available from the refrigerator tap for all drinking needs.

Linens and towels

• There are extra towels in the bathrooms cabinet.
• We provide makeup towels. Please do not use the white towels to remove makeup or clean dirty boots. 
• We provide extra linens if needed upon request.
  
  

TV – Streaming 

• In the family room, the 65" TVs is controlled by the black remote and is a Roku TV. Please use the "Guest Mode" on the Roku TV to access your favorite streaming services. You will be automatically logged off at the departure day time you set.
• In all the bedrooms, the TVs are all Roku Smart TVs. Please use the remotes to access your favorite streaming services.
• We provide the following streaming apps for you to connect your own account: Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Prime Video…
